This engine was destined for stationary industrial use (to drive a
bilge pump). I have no idea what its operational parameters were.
Internals are obviously standard PRV, but I suppose worst case
scenerio it could have a crazy distributor without counterweights.
You should see the bellhousing and pump shaft coupling...
