Hello Andrew,
I'd better let Josh price out his goods and services. His e-mail
address is jhaldeman (at) fuse (dot) net.
When I bought my car (complete with cracked dash) in February, I
planned on buying a NOS dash from DMC Houston. A few weeks before I
bought my car, the dashes were listed at ~$700 as you noted. After I
got my car and started inquiring about NOS dashes, they were sold
out. You are not losing your mind... maybe :-).
I think Josh's recovered dashes and binnacles are an excellent
alternative.
