If you have his name and address then a quick search on www.yellowpages.com
may give you his phone number so you can call the bastard.  Or, if he lives
near someone else on the list someone may be willing to confront him for
you.

I also called the USPS and you can go down there and fill out a form, pay
about $3.00, wait a few days and they can trace the money order and may be
able to tell you where it was cashed.
