I actually got one of these from Pearce Design, i must say it is well 
built.

On the back of your engine on the drivers side head there is a hose, 
this goes between that hose and another hose, the small piece returns 
to your water overflow bottle.

It is just a tee with no water restrictions in it. It also has nothing 
to do with the A/C like DMCH's page suggests. A schrader valve is like 
a filter in your A/C line before your accumulator on most  cars and 
sometimes near the A/C compressor.

Mine was pretty rotted thats why i bought the Pearce Design unit.
