I bolted one on to my car and I don't have Darryl's or the gold pulley :)
You have to see it to fully appreciate how it works but you can cut the
OEM
pulley and weld it to the flange that is already pressed on the water
pump.
If you are good it will line up where it is supposed to.

Don't forget -- unless you've got Darryl Tinnerstet's pulley (or a
Volvo pulley of similar depth), can NOT simply bolt this guy up to
DeLo without removing fan flange and pressing on "gold" pulley first.
