Except for hood struts, everything I bought from Rob Grady at Fall
Foliage originated in Houston. That's why his retail prices were
identical.

Generally makes most sense to order as much as possible at same time
from one vendor to reduce S&H.

Of course does not apply to items only available from a particular
vendor (none of the others seem in big hurry to re-sell simplified
fuel tank baffle...).
