Jordan, I have seen the steel sleeve oil filler ports get
rusty on some cars.  I don't think that bead blasting /
clear coat does the original zinc plating any favors.
Probably would be best to have that part re-plated if it can
be pressed out and pressed back in.  The plate under the
filler port can also be a rust haven.  Not sure how that can
be removed/replaced.  Watch out for abrasives that can stay
trapped in there.  Don't want that migrating into the rest
of the engine.
