Recently received my DeLo's 2004 county tax bill, based on $18,000 valuation! (Last year was valued $4,000). Went to courthouse at lunch to plead my case. According to current NADA Classic & Collector Price Book, DeLo values range from $9,000 (poor) to $27,000 (excellent). Was able to talk them down to $9,000. That does correspond to my total investment, so guess I'm OK with God and government. If county would give me $18,000 might have sold it to them on the spot. Scotland/Laurinburg tax rate is $1.45 per $100 BTW. How much are these little silver cars costing everyone else?
