My experience is that anything that leaves a residue on the stainless will eventually discolor and/or pick up dirt. Anything that removes oxidation will artificially brighten the stainless for a while. But the point is that it is the natural oxidation on the stainless that prevents further oxidation. So why remove it? I just wash my DeLorean with ordinary car soap. As for the Zoop Seal... their online information isn't clear about exactly what it is and why it works. If it leaves a residue or removes oxidation then I wouldn't want it on my stainless. I prefer 80 grit sandpaper and follow up with a scotchbrite pad. It looks unnaturally bright for a while until the natural oxidation comes back. Aluminum is a different story. Zoop Seal may be a good bet for that if they would explain what the hell it is.
