I'll end up taking it over to Walter's, considering he's a short 
distance from my house, I'll just have to watch what he touches.

Fix AC, recover the dash. strip the paint off (some chemical paint 
remover will work well). From there, fix anything else noticed that 
needs replacement and then figure out what I want to do with it then.
