Thanks for the info Shannon.  I finally have a part number for the one I
was
referring to, SXB-10, and it is a black mast.  Since I do not have a
working
digital camera, I did a quick search for a good picture of this piece and
only found one.  I posted it in the photos section under 'antenna'.

Looking thru my notes I found this from  Robert Starling in 1999.
He says to contact "Mike" at Harada 1-800-442-7232
Black replacement mast part#MXM5
Crome replacement mast part#RXM5

DMC Joe mentioned the Metra Electronics PW12/PW12B from AutoZone.

I know it's more than you wanted but may help others & get in the archive

well.

I think I remember someone saying there was a Harada brand power antenna
that will work on the De Lorean.  Does anyone know the part number?  One
of
my suppliers just found a cache of these with the black mast.  Harada is
no
longer producing these and my supplier has a sizeable amount.
