Of course, if you then set up the fuelling to 1.5% CO as per Volvo and 
Renault over here. The DeLorean's lambda system is constantly fighting 
around an over-lean 1%

Over here, anything under 4.5% will pass the annual emissions check, 
though it's not healthy for the engine to run much over 2% (and if you 
have to adjust it over 2% to get it to rin nicely, something else is 
wrong)..
