I agree with Jim and wouldn't do this.  Long ago when I was younger and
stupider, a friend's Mustang would not start so we pulled it up to 25-30
MPH, let the clutch out, and it would start and run fine.  We shut it off
and it would not restart unless we towed it up to speed.  We never
resolved
it and he sold it.  I would never do that with my car.

I didn't tell you this to discourage you in anyway, and I hope it didn't.
