Rich, I have a test kit, but I don't know how much J.C. Whit 's is. If there
is rust in the PPR then there may be rust in the injectors also and it's
blocking the flow.

  The plunger in the fuel distro didn't rust shut, the entire Primary
  Pressure regulator froze in the barrel. No fuel could return to the
  tank. The Primary pressure regulator opens at a set pressure allowing
  excess fuel to go back to the tank.

  I may be wrong about why the injectors are weeping but I know I'm
  right about the rest of it.
