Anyone out there know the physics of what makes a
screw lying on it's side in your garage suddenly stand
on its head at the instant a tyre crosses it's path? 


I don't know the physics, however I believe it's the
same theory that has that strange effect on cable.

Ie if you power tool is plugged in at one end of the
garage and you use it at the other, when you come to
put it away there is a knot tied right in the middle!!
