Very cool?  I guess I am just confused.

There seems to be a dichotomy with this conversion.  

Why force this not-very-spectacular engine in there it it doesn't want to
fit?  And then when it doesn't want to fit, rip off it's arm and sew it
to it's ass?

It's like you want to make up money with LOTs and LOTS of time.

If you're looking for a challenge, put in a jet engine or supercharge a
weedwacker.

Or here's a good one- move the firewall or otherwise ingeniously make it
mid-engined.  That'd be sweeeeeeet.
