The first thing to mention, PLEASE trim your posts.  You quoted an
entirely
unrelated subject.

Okay... about running cold:
Are your cooling fans wired to run continuously?  If so then it will cause
the car to run very cool.  Adam's car is wired this way and it would
barely
reach 1/8th scale until I pulled the jumper bypassing his otterstat.  Then
after several minutes it passed 1/3rd scale.

If your fans are cycling normally and your temperature gauge still stays
very low then I'd say it may be inaccurate.  Maybe the temp sender is out
of
calibration or the gauge itself just won't go over a certain mark.
