I guess my little piece on fiberglass mold making was unnecessary then, but I would like to hear more about what you do and intend to develop. I have liability insurance on what we do and it's not very expensive, but I have no idea if it would cover new products released to the public. This we may need to discuss more. For those who don't know I work for a fiberglass tooling and design company. And they give me access to the equipment after hours and supplies at cost. As for expanding foam yes moisture can be a problem but that is why most places use a thin plastic liner which acts as a burrier. Yes I do have my liner panels ready to go to work as molds but they are back in the car now... I am working on getting a company started. Problem is I bought a house and not do not have the cash needed to get the liability insurance to sell the products.
