Yes, this is only for the later automatics from VIN 4837.  I really hate
this design because it is the only part of the interior that has any
chrome.
Since it looks like a cheap electric razor, I'm going to draw a cartoon of
someone pulling it off to shave on the way to work.  Manual transmission
shifters are totally different.
