I managed to catch the last few minutes of it.  Back to the Future will
also
re-air Sunday, September 15th 2002 at 5:30 pm according to the schedule at
http://www.bttf.com/main.shtml and notice at the top there is a scrolling
red arrow pointing you to a scrolling list of which one link is the GTA:
Vice City reference.

There is also an interesting link to a previous topic of discussion on the
