Mark,

I brought this up on the DML several months ago.  So far no one anywhere
has
a definite answer.

My theory is that someone forgot to delete the accumulated typos at the
end
of the sentence before pressing "print" button on the typesetting machine.

Claude's theory is that the "LK" was a typo meant to be "UK" for United
Kingdom considering that the car was assembled in Europe.

Anyone else?
