Have you not seen these sites?  There is one more that details an almost
step-by-step process to build one but I can not recall the link.

That's perfect. I need anatomical shots to try to best replicate the
parts.
My plan is to build a conversion that can be removed from the car and have
all the external body components attach magnetically.
