Oh I like them as well, until I saw the price tag. A friend works with a
guy who bought one loaded up and turbo charged or plutonium reacted or
something and paid over $30k for it.
I could fit that thing in the bed of my truck, and have four doors for
people to ride with me. No one says anything about crew-cab trucks though,
even though they are bigger than the common SUV's.

Hey now.. I like those Minis.
I'd never own one, for the reasons you mentioned, but I do like them.
:) If someone made a good hybrid or pure electric Mini, I could really
get on board that crazy wagon.
