Walt - Have a look at the photo section, in the DPNW folder.  No, 
these are not HID ... halogen projector beams.  Whaddya think?  The 
most obvious downside to an HID system is that you need extremely 
deep pockets, both in the car (to fit the lights) and your pants (to 
hold the required money).  These are a moderately priced way to 
change the look a bit, and provide a more focused beam in a more 
modern color.
