I will give you that.. Things started to look not so good in the 
final days of the Clinton white house..  Maybe this was in 
expectation of Bush?  Economy is largly based on expectations of the 
future.


Even so, I can blame bush for how he has dealt with the economy.  He 
has done nothing to help the masses, only his oil buddies.
