Mike,

I think most auto glass shops will tell you they are not responsible if the
glass breaks, unless it is their glass. They are just covering their a--.
If they know what they're doing, the chances are probably pretty small that
the glass will break.  I've had mine removed and resealed twice.  The second
time was free.  They guarantee their work for the life of the car.  Both
times, they told me they weren't responsible if the glass broke.
