They are contracted by myself (they are young people my age, I paid them
in Video games as I have a MASSIVE collection) and yes, They are free
because they are on contract, but I have some website projects I am
working on. But I can make room for my good friends. I have a 2 HTML
writers, and 3 Flash writers but my artists are fully fledged in the other
projects.

And at what cost? I had a team (actually a young lady) write up the
code
for the DMCForum site. She wasn't sure what I wanted, and I had a hard
time
explaining it to her. And it still doesn't really do what I want. If
you
can get stuff written cheap (or free?) let me know.
