Andrei,

Power and compressed air is no problem. Outdoor, after-hours 
lighting is also no problem. Shelter is a different story. We would 
have access to rest rooms, drinking fountains and a Cafeteria room 
(which will not be operating at that time) but there is no shelter 
that would cover a car(s).
