Try hooking up a dwell meter to figure out what the Lambda system is
doing.
You didn't mention if you could hear the frequency valve buzzing.  If it
isn't working then the engine would be running too lean and have
acceleration problems especially when cold.

If all else turns up nothing then you might try swapping Lambda & ignition
ECUs with another car.  Try swapping the ignition coil too if you think
that
isn't making a strong enough spark.
